Is there a setup, pickup fee or any additional fees?
A delivery rate and setup/pickup fee will apply to each setup!
Can the teepees be used for outdoors?
Yes, absolutely. Our tents can be used indoors and outdoors.
How long will I have the teepees?
We set up our teepees the day of your party. We will arrive at 12:00 PM to set up and we will pick it up the next day at the same time. If you would like to keep our teepee setup a little longer, an additional fee of $80 a night will be added.
Do you clean your linens?
Most definitely! Cleanliness and safety is our number #1 priority. All linens will be laundered for each party!
When should I book a party?
We recommend booking a party with us 3-4 weeks in advance! Last minute bookings are welcomed but will be subjected to a rush fee!
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
A deposit is required when booking your party. It is absolutely understandable that things occur in life, so a 14 day notice will be required in order to receive a full refund. We will also work with you in regards to rescheduling.
